Told I owe money back on my benefits after 17 years as a delivery driver

After 13 weeks of benefits I got a notice saying I must repay some of it. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I cannot afford to repay it all at once. Are payment plans possible?

Read the letter for the appeal deadline and act on it, even if you think you will end up repaying. Then ask about a payment plan.
