Told I owe money back on my benefits - 4 months and counting

I received a letter saying I was overpaid about $150 on my claim. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The letter mentions an appeal window and a repayment plan. Has anyone disputed one of these?

Read the letter for the appeal deadline and act on it, even if you think you will end up repaying. Then ask about a payment plan.

Collect your pay stubs and certification records for the weeks they name. Mine showed the error was a date mix-up.
