Told I owe money back on my benefits - 21 weeks in

After 21 weeks of benefits I got a notice saying I must repay some of it. Thank you in advance. I cannot afford to repay it all at once. Has anyone disputed one of these?

Read the letter for the appeal deadline and act on it, even if you think you will end up repaying. Then ask about a payment plan.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
