Told I owe money back on my benefits - 2 months and counting

After 5 weeks of benefits I got a notice saying I must repay some of it. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I cannot afford to repay it all at once. Who should I talk to first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
