Stuck on identity verification for my claim - what worked for you?

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I tried the online option twice and the app crashed. Can another ID be used?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
