Stuck on identity verification for my claim - what worked for you?

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. It has been a long 9 weeks. The in-person office has long lines.

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.

What worked for me was going to the local workforce centre, where staff helped with the verification. It took about an hour.
