Stuck on identity verification for my claim - what worked for you?

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The in-person office has long lines.

What worked for me was going to the local workforce centre, where staff helped with the verification. It took about an hour.

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
