Stuck on identity verification for my claim - what worked for you?

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. It has been weighing on me all week. Nobody answers the phone. Can another ID be used?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
