Stuck on identity verification for my claim - what worked for you?

My claim has been on hold for 24 weeks because the identity check will not accept my documents. I am in Minneapolis, in case local advice matters. Nobody answers the phone.

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
