Stuck on identity verification for my claim - what worked for you?

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. I worked as a quality inspector before this. I tried the online option twice and the app crashed.

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
