Stuck on identity verification for my claim (update)

Thea Silva · 2026-09-17T16:32:54.227Z

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. Thank you in advance. I tried the online option twice and the app crashed. What finally worked for you?

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
