Stuck on identity verification for my claim (Tucson)

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. It has been a long 6 weeks. Nobody answers the phone. What finally worked for you?

What worked for me was going to the local workforce centre, where staff helped with the verification. It took about an hour.

Check the list of accepted documents on the official site. Mine included things I did not expect, like a passport card.
