Stuck on identity verification for my claim (Tampa)

My claim has been on hold for 13 weeks because the identity check will not accept my documents. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I tried the online option twice and the app crashed. What finally worked for you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
