Stuck on identity verification for my claim, quality inspector here

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Nobody answers the phone. What finally worked for you?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
