Stuck on identity verification for my claim, procurement assistant here

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. Any experience at all would help. Nobody answers the phone. What finally worked for you?

What worked for me was going to the local workforce centre, where staff helped with the verification. It took about an hour.
