Stuck on identity verification for my claim, office manager here

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The in-person office has long lines. What finally worked for you?

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
