Stuck on identity verification for my claim, machine operator here

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I tried the online option twice and the app crashed. Can another ID be used?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
