Stuck on identity verification for my claim (Jacksonville)

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. I worked as a copywriter before this. Nobody answers the phone. What finally worked for you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
