Stuck on identity verification for my claim - first time posting

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Nobody answers the phone. Can another ID be used?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Write down the date and reference number each time you try. They asked for it when I finally got through.
