Stuck on identity verification for my claim - any advice?

Kwame Iyer · 2026-05-13T10:10:24.939Z

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. Thank you in advance. I tried the online option twice and the app crashed.

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
