Stuck on identity verification for my claim - any advice?

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Nobody answers the phone.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
