Stuck on identity verification for my claim - any advice?

Sofia Isaksson · 2026-05-01T09:05:40.450Z

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I tried the online option twice and the app crashed.

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
