Stuck on identity verification for my claim (Albuquerque)

Jordan Baptista · 2026-06-16T10:51:44.531Z

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. I am in Albuquerque, in case local advice matters. I tried the online option twice and the app crashed. Do I need an appointment?

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
