Stuck on identity verification for my claim after 8 years as a forklift operator

My claim has been on hold for 17 weeks because the identity check will not accept my documents. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Nobody answers the phone. What finally worked for you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
