Stuck on identity verification for my claim after 8 years as a copywriter

Noah Nakamura · 2026-04-18T20:27:12.961Z

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Nobody answers the phone. Can another ID be used?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
