Stuck on identity verification for my claim after 17 years as an insurance claims processor

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Nobody answers the phone. Can another ID be used?

What worked for me was going to the local workforce centre, where staff helped with the verification. It took about an hour.
