Stuck on identity verification for my claim after 16 years as a forklift operator

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I tried the online option twice and the app crashed. Can another ID be used?

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
