Stuck on identity verification for my claim after 11 years as an HR coordinator

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. I am in San Diego, in case local advice matters. Nobody answers the phone. What finally worked for you?

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.

What worked for me was going to the local workforce centre, where staff helped with the verification. It took about an hour.
