Stuck on identity verification for my claim - 9 months and counting

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. It has been weighing on me all week. Nobody answers the phone. Do I need an appointment?

What worked for me was going to the local workforce centre, where staff helped with the verification. It took about an hour.
