Stuck on identity verification for my claim - 8 weeks in

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The in-person office has long lines. Can another ID be used?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
