Stuck on identity verification for my claim - 8 months and counting

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Nobody answers the phone.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Check the list of accepted documents on the official site. Mine included things I did not expect, like a passport card.
