Stuck on identity verification for my claim - 8 months and counting

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. I am in Louisville, in case local advice matters. Nobody answers the phone. What finally worked for you?

Check the list of accepted documents on the official site. Mine included things I did not expect, like a passport card.
