Stuck on identity verification for my claim - 6 weeks in

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The in-person office has long lines. What finally worked for you?

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
