Stuck on identity verification for my claim - 6 months and counting

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I tried the online option twice and the app crashed. Can another ID be used?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
