Stuck on identity verification for my claim - 5 months and counting

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. It has been weighing on me all week. The in-person office has long lines. Can another ID be used?

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
