Stuck on identity verification for my claim - 4 weeks in

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. I am in Madison, in case local advice matters. Nobody answers the phone. Can another ID be used?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Try a different device and good lighting for the photo. My first three failed because of glare.
