Stuck on identity verification for my claim - 4 months and counting

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Nobody answers the phone. What finally worked for you?

What worked for me was going to the local workforce centre, where staff helped with the verification. It took about an hour.
