Stuck on identity verification for my claim - 26 weeks in

I was asked to verify my identity and the site keeps rejecting my photo ID. There are 13 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Nobody answers the phone. Can another ID be used?

What worked for me was going to the local workforce centre, where staff helped with the verification. It took about an hour.
