Stuck on identity verification for my claim - 2 months and counting

I do not have a current driver's licence and they want one. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Nobody answers the phone. Do I need an appointment?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
