SNAP recertification with changing income (Wichita)

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I am in Wichita, in case local advice matters. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 8 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
