SNAP recertification with changing income - what worked for you?

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The caseworker asked for bank statements too.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 16 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.
