SNAP recertification with changing income - what worked for you?

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I worked as a warehouse supervisor before this. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
