SNAP recertification with changing income - what worked for you?

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. What did you submit and how long did approval take?
