SNAP recertification with changing income - what worked for you?

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. Any experience at all would help. There are 16 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
