SNAP recertification with changing income - what worked for you?

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. There are 17 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 17 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
