SNAP recertification with changing income - what worked for you?

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The caseworker asked for bank statements too.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
