SNAP recertification with changing income - what worked for you?

I lost my job as a production planner and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. There are 13 people in my household.

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
