SNAP recertification with changing income - what worked for you?

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. Any experience at all would help. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
