SNAP recertification with changing income (update)

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 21 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
