SNAP recertification with changing income (update)

I lost my job as a production planner and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. There are 6 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 19 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
